Overview
The Poco M3 is a significant advancement for the Poco brand. The build quality and design clearly surpass the competition, and the phone’s battery life and overall performance are impressive. The cameras could be a bit better, but this is a common issue with phones in its price range. The Poco is certainly one of the greatest entry-level smartphones available.

The phone offers a great spec making it a great phone. But it depends on what you need. If it’s only for gaming, the phone is real deal. But if you’re looking for a real smartphone that you enjoy using, this is not the one. Maybe all Xiaomi phones won’t be for you. Basically you have to give away a lot of your personal data just to use basic apps and features that are built in the phones. If you refuse using them, the phone starts acting out by refusing to do what you wanna do with it. Really a frustrating experience I ever made so far with China phones. Huawei didn’t do this unashamedly. It still allows you to refuse certain functions or offers. I can compare also with Samsung where your wish is respected and your personal data is protected. You don’t have to give your consent for data collection for each feature and app you wanna use. But this Xiaomi phone just did it. So I guess you get the low price in return for your personal data. I’d suggest that you create a new email account just for registering with Xiaomi. However, all the apps will request access to your files, photos and I don’t know how many other things you store on your phone. If you refuse, then the phone will push you every time to hit the yes button simply because you’re so tired and annoyed with the whole thing. I bought this phone for my mom who basically just use it to watch youtube and to receive whatsapp call. So it’s fine. But if you want to use it for more serious business, this phone is not for you. Your data is the price you paid, and it’s not worth it. Your data is priceless especially if you like to do online transactions. Be careful!
